In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, your cancellation must be submitted prior to the renewal date as shown in your customer account.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO YOUR RENEWAL DATE, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.
