How do I give a subscription as a gift?
If you would like to give a subscription as a gift, simply fill in the recipient of the gift into the shipping name and address during checkout.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Flutter Box gift cards. We do not accept checks, cash, money orders or cash on delivery.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply cancel before the renewal date or put your account on hold to skip a renewal period. Three, six, and twelve month commitment plans cannot be ended early. We’re committed to making FlutterBox a great experience for you. If anything ever isn’t working for you let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make the remainder of your plan amazing.
All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of the commitment. The renewal can be disabled anytime through your account page.
How do I track my order?
Upon shipment each month, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view the status of your shipment.
When will my order arrive?
Once shipped, it typically takes 3-7 days for your order to arrive. You’ll get an email with the tracking number once your order is processed and ready to ship.
Monthly boxes will ship out starting the 8th of each month.
How Do I Update My Payment Method?
If you need to change your payment method or update an expired card, log into your account and view the My Account dashboard in order to update settings including payment method.
